Its Quicker and Easier to just have a Normal website.
I no longer make Login/logout sites because anyone who has one, can tell you that they tend to be alot more work than a normal website but that is not my main reason for not making them anymore. If there is a problem and the server you were using to host your website dies or is no longer avalible, you will lose the the ability of the site you had and have to start all over again. Backing up a Login/Logout site is not as easy as a normal website, its alot larger and you have to backup the server, if you do something wrong or it does not connect correctly your backup will not work and you will have to start all over.
With a Normal website all you have to do is change the server to a new host and upload your site and everything is back to normal.
